Subscription Details By subscribing to our premium plan, you gain full access to all the features available in our app on both iOS and Android. With a one-year subscription priced at $99 USD or a one-month subscription at $19.99 USD, you can customize your experience to better suit your golfing needs. As a subscriber, you can modify the shot pattern size overlay on the course, tailor your shot pattern arc off the tee, adjust your approach circle size, and select your target handicap for strokes gained calculations. We are always adding to our suite of premium features, so please check the app for the latest on all Shot Pattern has to offer. Please note that Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) each set their own exchange rates for non-USD currencies, and the actual subscription price may vary based on your region and platform. By choosing a subscription plan, you unlock the full potential of our app, helping you analyze and improve your golf game more effectively. ## 2. Payment: By purchasing a subscription, users acknowledge that their payment will be charged to the account of the store they purchased through at the time of purchase confirmation: their Apple ID (App Store) account on iOS, or their Google Play account on Android. The subscription amount, as stated in the app, will be charged to that account. Users are responsible for managing their subscription preferences and payment details through their App Store or Google Play account settings, as applicable. Please note that any changes to the subscription preferences will be effective only after the current subscription period has ended, and the new subscription settings will apply to the subsequent subscription period. ## 3. Auto-Renewal: Users should be aware that their subscription will automatically renew unless they choose to disable the auto-renew feature at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. To manage auto-renewal settings, users must access their App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play account settings, depending on where they subscribed, and make the necessary adjustments. If auto-renew is not turned off within the specified time frame, the user’s account will be charged for the renewal, and the subscription will continue for the same duration as the previous subscription period. Users are responsible for managing their auto-renewal preferences and should do so in a timely manner to avoid any unwanted charges. ## 4. Account Management: Users must manage their subscriptions through the store they subscribed with. On iOS, open the Settings app and navigate to Apple ID -\> Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then go to Payments & subscriptions -\> Subscriptions. Here, users can view their active subscriptions, modify subscription preferences, or disable the auto-renewal feature. It is the user’s responsibility to manage their subscriptions and ensure that any changes, including the disabling of auto-renewal, are made in accordance with their preferences. Separately, users can manage their Shot Pattern account (including adjusting settings or deleting their account completely) by tapping the Account Info button on the home screen on iOS, or by opening the Account screen in Settings on Android. Users should regularly review their subscription settings and account information to stay informed about their subscription status and manage it effectively. ## 5. Renewal Charges: Users should be aware that their account will be charged for subscription renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. The cost of renewal will be based on the subscription plan chosen by the user. For a one-year subscription, the renewal cost will be $99 USD, and for a one-month subscription, the renewal cost will be $19.99 USD. Users must ensure they have sufficient funds in their App Store or Google Play Account to cover the renewal charges, and they should regularly review their subscription preferences in their Account Settings to manage and confirm renewal costs. ## 6. Free Trial: We offer a 1-week free trial for both our monthly and yearly subscription plans on iOS and Android. Users can access all premium features during the free trial period. Please note that the free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription after the trial period, and users do not need to take any action. However, if users wish to avoid being charged for a subscription, they must cancel the trial at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. To do so, they can manage their subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through their App Store or Google Play account settings, as described in Section 4. ## 7. Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care. We store user data in Firebase, a product created and managed by Google, ensuring that your data is stored securely. Our database only stores minimal user data, including your email, name, app settings, and details of your subscription status. We do not have access to or store any payment information. All payment transactions are securely processed by Apple through the App Store on iOS, or by Google through Google Play on Android.
